Who we are
Care Growth Partner is the trading name of Casey Joyce, a sole trader, providing outbound marketing services to suppliers selling into the care sector. "We" and "us" refer to that business, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Address: 36–38 Cross Hayes Lane, Malmesbury, SN16 9BG, Wiltshire, United Kingdom.
Email: hello@caregrowthpartner.co.uk
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you type into its questions, and passes it to us.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.
- Client business contacts. If you become a client, we process the business contact details of the people we work with at your organisation.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this website, and we do not build visitor profiles.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To arrange and hold a call you asked for — our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver our services and manage the relationship — performance of our contract with you.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.
Emails sent on behalf of clients
Our service involves emailing care organisations on behalf of our clients, using publicly available business contact details. Every message identifies who it is from and includes a way to opt out. If you received one of these emails and want your details removed, email us and we will stop contacting you.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Calendly (call scheduling), our email and productivity provider, our hosting provider, and our accountant. We do not sell personal data. Some providers are based outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records: up to 24 months from our last contact. Client records and anything needed for tax and accounting: six years. Suppression lists are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to honour an opt-out.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
