The content here is general information about our services. It is not advice, and nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance — any engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement or confirm scope and fees in writing.

You may not copy, republish or resell the content of this site without our written permission. The logo, wording and design are ours or used with permission.

We plan and run outbound email campaigns on behalf of clients: research and list building, message writing, sending infrastructure, reply handling, reporting and strategy reviews. What is in scope for a specific engagement is set out in the agreement we sign with you.

We deliver the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee a particular number of replies, meetings, deals or revenue, because those depend on your market, your offer, your pricing and how quickly you respond to interested contacts.

• Give us accurate information about your products and lead times.
• Respond to interested contacts and handle quotes and contracts.
• Make sure the claims you ask us to make about your business are true, and that you hold any certifications you reference.
• Where we send on your behalf, act as data controller for your prospect data and comply with UK GDPR and PECR.

Fees are agreed in writing before work starts and invoiced monthly in advance. Engagements run month to month with no long-term contract — either of us can end the arrangement by giving notice before the next billing date, and campaigns continue to the end of the paid period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost contracts or indirect losses, and our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly and is governed by Calendly's own terms and privacy notice. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content of sites we link to.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
